4. Order Process

Each order you place constitutes an offer to purchase. Confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only upon dispatch of the product(s). We reserve the right to reject orders for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

If a product is discontinued, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the relevant item(s).

5. Returns and Damaged Goods

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@remedea.co.uk within 14 days, quoting your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund where and if appropriate.
Third-party Purchases: If you bought our products from a retailer or partner, please refer to their return policy.
