Shipping & Returns
PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will take 1 business day for us to process, and it will ship and arrive within 2 business days after that.
Once processed and dispatched, it should take around 48 hours.
CARRIERS:
UK
All standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
NORTH AMERICA, EU, ASIA PACIFIC
These orders will usually be shipped via Hermes International and then handed off to a local carrier. For example, if you order from the USA, Hermes International will ship the parcel from the UK to USA and USPS will complete the delivery. We sometimes also ship via UPS or DHL. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
CUSTOMS TAX/ DUTY CHARGES
For all non UK orders, we are unable to offer a specific customs calculation at the time of checkout and have no control over these charges. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@remedea.co.uk within 14 days, quoting your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund if and where appropriate.
Third-party Purchases: If you bought our Products from a retailer or partner, please refer to their return policy.
